Landing-page analytics
The site creates a random ID in your browser and records two events: page viewed and install button clicked. It may also record sanitized campaign source, medium, campaign and button placement.
No name, email, form submission or monday account data is collected here.
Product analytics inside monday
The app records a pseudonymous account hash, event time and aggregate counts such as order lines, products, components, duration, error type and selected plan. This is used only to evaluate the Self-service Beta.
How monday data is handled
Source boards are read on demand through monday's API using the current user's permissions. Mapping, calculation snapshots, reservations and Requirement Batch state are kept in monday app storage for the relevant account; they are not copied into PostHog.
The Beta does not use session replay, heatmaps, advertising pixels or data-broker enrichment.
Your choices
- Clear this site's browser storage to reset its anonymous visitor ID.
- Uninstall the monday app to stop future in-app events and board access.
- Do not create a Requirement Batch if you want the calculation to remain read-only.
Questions or deletion requests
During the pre-Marketplace Beta, reply through the same invitation, community post or message where you received the install link. Include no board exports or business data; a diagnostic code is sufficient.
